Types of Swim Programs
Foundation Beginner
This program lays the foundation for swimming, focusing on breathing coordination, propulsion with proper body position, and limb movement. It is ideal for beginners and those unable to swim a recognized stroke unassisted for 25 meters. Students will gain the essential skills needed to develop confidence and proficiency in the water.
SwimSafer 2.0
Students in this program will have their swimming strokes refined and will be progressively introduced to endurance and speed work, as well as basic self-survival skills, all in alignment with the local swimming assessment syllabus.
SwimFaster
Previously known as Singapore Swimming Proficiency Award (SSPA)
SwimFaster is a set of awards aiming to introduce swimmers to the competitive environment, providing them with an opportunity to test themselves against benchmark timings.
